Many times my clients don’t know exactly what they want to accomplish and that’s okay. I use my experience and ask questions so I can find out what they’re after. Michelle is friendly, accurate, honest, prompt, knowledgeabl, and patient. Honestly, I can't think of anything she could have done better. She did a great job explaining the whole process.
