Hello, my name is Michelle Self. I am a mortgage lender at First Federal Bank’s Overland Park office. I have over 20 years experience helping my clients purchase and refinance their homes. Many times my clients don’t know exactly what they want to accomplish and that’s okay. I use my experience and ask questions so I can find out what they’re after. I specialize in VA, conventional & FHA loans. I am always happy to answer any questions you have about refinancing or pre-qualifying to purchase a home. When I’m not working I enjoy doing anything outside especially around water & love supporting our KC Chiefs & Royals.

Michelle went way out of her lane to keep the loan process on track. We never would have made our closing date without her extra efforts. Let me take this opportunity to convey however the dismal performance by Brooke. In my opinion, she needs further training and perhaps a customer training / communication course.
