Hello, my name is Michelle Self. I am a mortgage lender at First Federal Bank’s Overland Park office. I have over 20 years experience helping my clients purchase and refinance their homes. Many times my clients don’t know exactly what they want to accomplish and that’s okay. I use my experience and ask questions so I can find out what they’re after. She a very dedicated professional. Emails, texts, and even calls after working hours to ensure deadlines don't get missed.
